Picture of Full Power BrainMost of us have been conditioned by the mainstream science community to think that we can only use 10 percent of our brains. This is designed to condition us to think that we are weak and powerless. The fact is that we can access 100 percent of our brains but can only use a certain percentage of our brains in the present moment. However, the more we learn how to balance the left and right hemispheres of our brains and educate our minds with knowledge of empowerment, the more we can use more of our brains in the present moment.

One of the most effective techniques to balance the left and right hemispheres of your brain is meditation. Meditation is great for disciplining your mind and strengthening the connection between your brain, mind and heart. This connection is essential for helping you to use more than 10 percent of your brain in the present moment. Chi masters and shaolin monks are great examples of people who can use certain parts of their brains that are believed to be inaccessible to the average human. With proper meditation and brain exercises, anyone can strengthen his or her brain and mind to the level of chi masters.

Below is an excellent short video that explains why you have access to 100 percent of your brain.
