Beware of ‘Presumptions’ – They’re Everywhere!

(AntiCorruptionSociety.com) In the 1950s, the Uniform Commercial Code was adopted in most of the States as a means of unifying the generally accepted procedures for handling the new legal system of dealing with commercial fictions as though they were real. Security instruments replaced substance as collateral for debts. Security instruments could be supported by presumptive adhesion contracts. Debt instruments with collateral and accommodating parties could be used instead of money. Money and the need for money was disappearing, and a uniform system of law had to be put in place to allow the courts to uphold the security instruments that depended on commercial fictions as a basis for compelling payment or performance. All this was accomplished by the mid-1960s.

That which is lawful is of substance/essence and is a creation of God. A lawful man is of substance/essence.

(BibliotecaPleyades.net) This Awareness wishes briefly to remind entities that the admiralty court is the court in which the gold braid goes around the American Flag which indicates the court is under martial law, or under admiralty law, from the martial law since Abraham Lincoln’s executive order putting it under martial law, and in order to continue staying under martial law, the country has to have some kind of war every two years. Thus, the war on drugs, the war on poverty, et cetera, and the admiralty laws are used in the courts in such a way that they are not necessarily tied to the Constitution, although the Constitution is said to be the law of the land.

The legal system is not a system based on justice; instead, it is a system based on commerce. What most people do not know about the legal system is that it operates in a fictional world, and therefore can only deal with fictional things. This is why it has to trick you (the soul/spirit living in a body made of flesh and blood) to consent to be a legal person, also known as a legal fiction, artificial person, or corporation.

Real freedom requires personal responsibility and it starts with knowing who you are and how to defend your rights. Have you ever heard of the term temet nosce? This is Latin for “know thyself”. Know thyself and you will know the Universe. You are a spiritual being with infinite potential. Your home or temple is your body, and therefore you live in your body/temple, not at some address. Your body is the temple of God. If you do not know these things, you will never be able to achieve true spiritual freedom. The message here is to know and not to believe. There is a big difference between knowing and believing.

During this seminar, I shared some very important information about the economy, the legal system, freedom, natural rights, and “free energy” technology. If you have been reading my articles about the legal system, you should know that it is run by a bunch of criminals working for the British Monarchy and the Crown Temple. Whenever someone goes after the legal system with strong evidence that threatens their legal empire, they do not honor their so called laws, which are not really laws but are acts and statutes (rules and codes of corporations). In other words, the “rule of law” in countries operating under the Western legal system is an illusion. For proof of this, watch this shocking video.

It’s becoming more and more obvious that, no, it is NOT “human nature” to kill, steal, rape, destroy. Anyone with their eyes and heart open can see that some of us have in fact been infected by a kind of virus, a parasitic cancer of the soul, which is also contagious, and is spreading rapidly. And those of us who have contracted this sickness can be recognized by a cold blooded lack of compassion and basic humanity, a lack of true sense of humor or humility, and the tendency to put oneself and one’s greed first, with no concern for the effects of our actions on others, or on the planet. It sounds “corporate”, doesn’t it? We should probably be asking ourselves: Am I becoming like this?
